LBTs from the Urbano, Sauyo, and Marides groups in Barangay Bagbag attended the Leadership Training Seminar (LTS) held on October 2 and 23, 2011 at the 3^rd floor of the Bagbag Barangay Hall.  Lectures revolved around the notion of leadership and what makes a good leader, the importance of facilitation and organizational management, and how the participants can use these concepts and skills in working towards their dreams and aspirations for their community.  Among all the topics discussed, it was the Strategic Planning Matrix that made an impact on Bagbag LBTs.  In discussing the Strategic Planning Matrix, Bagbag LBTs realized the huge opportunity they had in forming an organization, since there are many LBTs residing in Barangay Bagbag and its nearby areas.
