Ms. Melinda Tan of the University of the Philippines Diliman Department of Psychology conducted a Job Coaching Seminar for LAM members at the GALANG office on October 2, 2011.  Through the seminar, the participants learned how to improve the way they present themselves during job interviews and which jobs are best suited for their personality.  The skills they learned at the seminar encouraged LAM members to continue to improve themselves to have a better chance at finding gainful employment in these trying times.
