Continuing the Fight for LBT Rights on National Lesbian Day

Exactly 20 years ago, the First National Lesbian Rights Conference (FNLRC) held the first national conference highlighting the rights of Filipino lesbians across the nation. It was during this conference that December 8 was declared the National Lesbian Day.  Through the years, this historical event continues to inspire LGBT and human rights advocates in the fight towards equality.
