GALANG was granted the GO Visible (Get Organized and Visible) Award by the European Parliament’s Intergroup for LGBT Rights at the ILGA World Conference in Mexico City on October 29, 2014. Ulrike Lunacek, Co-President of the Intergroup for LGBT Rights, presented the prestigious award to GALANG’s founding Executive Director, Anne Lim. GALANG is grateful for this recognition as it amplifies the organization’s call to reframe the SOGIE discourse and see sexuality through the lens of development.
