Ten potential grassroots LBT leaders underwent a Basic Leadership Training and Teambuilding Seminar in scenic Antipolo City on November 20-21, 2010. The 2-day seminar kicked off GALANG’s series of training and mentoring activities for its local LBT partners. Leadership and organizational development are at the core of GALANG’s capacity building program component.
